Getting started

1. 1Go to unitityai.com and click Start free trial
2. 2Sign in with Google or GitHub
3. 3Your tenant is auto-created with your company name
4. 4You land on your dashboard — ready to go

Invite your team

• ✓Go to Settings → Team
• ✓Enter email addresses for each recruiter
• ✓Roles: Admin (full access), Recruiter, Viewer
• ✓They receive an invite email and are active in minutes

Create a req manually

1. 1Click + New Req in the top right corner
2. 2Fill in: Title, Department, Location, Job Type
3. 3Add description — or click AI Write to generate one
4. 4Set salary range (optional but recommended)
5. 5Add custom screening questions for the apply form
6. 6Click Publish — the req goes live immediately

Use a template

• ✓Click Load Template at the top of the new req form
• ✓Pick from your saved templates
• ✓All fields auto-fill — just adjust and publish
• ✓Save any req as a template for future reuse

Natural language search

1. 1Go to Sourcing in the left sidebar
2. 2Type your search in plain English — e.g. "Solar sales reps in Colorado with 5 years B2B experience"
3. 3Unitity AI parses your query and searches 800M+ PDL profiles
4. 4Review results — each card shows name, title, company, location, email/phone/LinkedIn badges
5. 5Check the boxes next to candidates you want
6. 6Click + Add to Pipeline — they're created instantly with AI screen running

From a requisition

• ✓Open any req → click Find Candidates in the sidebar
• ✓Sourcing opens pre-filled with the req title and location
• ✓Added candidates are automatically linked to that req

Bulk CSV import

• ✓Go to Candidates → Import CSV
• ✓Upload a spreadsheet: name, email, phone, title, company
• ✓All candidates created, AI screened, and optionally linked to a req
• ✓Max 500 rows per import

How it works

• ✓AI screen runs automatically when candidates are added from sourcing or apply for a req
• ✓GPT-4o-mini generates a tailored 0-100 score based on the req description and candidate profile
• ✓Score is stored on the candidate profile immediately
• ✓Candidates with phone numbers can also receive a VAPI live phone call

Trigger a VAPI call manually

1. 1Open any candidate profile
2. 2Click AI Screen in the action sidebar
3. 3Toggle "VAPI Call" on — VAPI calls the candidate's phone number
4. 4When the call finishes, the transcript and score appear on the timeline

Candidate self-scheduling

AI Interview Questions

• ✓When an interview is scheduled, AI auto-generates 8-10 questions

Send an offer letter

1. 1Open the candidate profile

Client approval flow

What's tracked automatically

• ✓Placement fee (default 20% of salary — adjustable)
• ✓Commission split per recruiter

• ✓Payment status: Pending → Invoiced → Paid

Managing your placements

1. 1Go to Placements in the left sidebar
2. 2Review the KPI cards: Open Receivables, Paid YTD, Avg Fee
3. 3Click any placement to edit fee %, invoice number, or notes
4. 4Change payment status to Invoiced when you send the invoice
5. 5Mark as Paid when the client pays

Invite a client

1. 1Go to any requisition → Client Portal section
2. 2Click Invite Client and enter their email
3. 3They receive an invite to portal.unitityai.com
4. 4They sign in with Google or GitHub
5. 5They see their live pipeline immediately

What clients can do

• ✓View live pipeline for all their open reqs
• ✓Review ranked candidate shortlists with AI scores
• ✓Approve or reject offer letters
• ✓Invite their hiring manager colleagues
• ✓Receive the weekly pipeline digest email
