Getting Into Your Portal

Your recruiter will send you an invite email from Unitity AI. Click “Accept Invitation” in the email and sign in with your Google or GitHub account. You'll land on your dashboard automatically.

What to expect

  • Invite email arrives from will.chandler@discoveryitgroup.co
  • Click "Accept Invitation" button
  • Sign in with Google or GitHub (your work email)
  • You're in — no password to remember

Pro tip: If you don't see the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or ask your recruiter to resend.

Reviewing Your Candidate Shortlist

For each open position, your recruiter curates a shortlist of top-scored candidates. You can review their profiles, AI screen scores, and decide who to interview.

How to review

  1. 1Go to a requisition from your dashboard
  2. 2Click "View Shortlist" to see ranked candidates
  3. 3Each candidate shows their AI screen score (0-100), current title, location, and a summary
  4. 4Click a candidate to read the full AI screen brief
  5. 5Use "Request Interview" to flag candidates you want to meet

Important: AI scores are a guide, not a final verdict. Your recruiter will always discuss top candidates with you before scheduling interviews.

Approving Offer Letters

When your recruiter is ready to extend an offer, you'll review and approve it directly from the portal — no PDFs emailed back and forth.

How it works

  1. 1You’ll receive an email: "Offer letter ready for your review"
  2. 2Log into the portal and go to "Offer Letters" in the sidebar
  3. 3Review the candidate name, position, salary, and start date
  4. 4Click "Approve" to move forward or "Request Changes" to flag issues
  5. 5Once approved, the candidate receives a DocuSign link automatically

Pro tip: Approving typically takes less than 60 seconds. The candidate receives their DocuSign link within minutes of your approval.

Adding Your Team to the Portal

Need your HR director or another hiring manager to have access? You can invite them directly from the portal — no need to go through your recruiter.

How to invite

  1. 1Click your profile icon → “Team” in the sidebar
  2. 2Click “Invite Team Member”
  3. 3
    Enter their email address and select their role:
    • Viewer — can see candidates and pipeline, can't approve
    • Approver — can view everything and approve offer letters
  4. 4They'll receive an invite email and be active within minutes
