Terms of Service
Effective date: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unitity AI platform, operated by Unitity AI, headquartered in Castle Rock, Colorado. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using Unitity AI, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms, and that you accept them on behalf of your organization. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Service Description
Unitity AI is a workforce intelligence platform for staffing firms, MSPs, and enterprise HR teams. It provides requisition management, candidate pipeline tracking, AI-assisted screening, interview scheduling, and related recruiting tools. We continuously improve the platform and may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to violate any applicable employment, anti-discrimination, or data protection law.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access data outside your tenant.
- Upload malicious code, or use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam).
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and we don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account after a reasonable notice period.
5. Data Ownership
You own the data you upload to Unitity AI — candidate records, requisitions, notes, and communications. We provide the platform that stores, processes, and helps you act on that data. We claim no ownership rights over your content. On request, we'll export your data or delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Unitity AI is a tool to support recruiting workflows — including AI-generated screening summaries, match scores, and fill-time predictions. These outputs are informational and do not constitute hiring recommendations. You and your organization remain solely responsible for all hiring decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unitity AI is not liable for any hiring, employment, or business decisions made using information from the platform, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll provide at least 30 days' notice via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
